2023 Recipient
The E. Morgan Heckler Foundation awarded its inaugural scholarship to Methacton senior Jack Winters during the Methacton Area High School Annual Awards Program on May 24, 2023. This scholarship provides a monetary award and Jack received a memorial plaque commemorating this achievement.
This scholarship is awarded in the memory of E. Morgan Heckler, a member of the 2018 Methacton High School graduating class and the Methacton Baseball Team. The recipient of the award is recognized for exemplifying the characters of leadership and embracing the value of commitment to those on his or her team, club or organization and strive to meet a common goal or good.
Morgan’s baseball coach, Dr. Paul Spiewak, spoke of Morgan’s passion for baseball and commitment to the team as he announced Mr. Winters award.
