The E. Morgan Heckler Foundation is pleased to offer a scholarship for continuing education to a student who embodies the spirit of embracing life and living it to the fullest. Education is a powerful tool for personal growth and development, and we are pleased to support individuals who are committed to pursuing their dreams and achieving their goals.

The scholarship is open to all senior-level students at local high schools and we encourage applicants who have overcome challenges, shown resilience, and are dedicated to making a positive impact in their communities. We are proud to support those who are passionate about living their best lives and making a difference in their world, as Morgan did.
