Fentanyl Education
The devastating consequences of the fentanyl epidemic have reached every state throughout the country. Integral to the mission of the E. Morgan Heckler Foundation is widespread education about the dangers of fentanyl in order to prevent further tragedies. Education will also help to reduce the stigma associated with drug use and promote access to harm-reduction services.
